Position: .Net Developer

Location: Cochin, Kerala

Objective: We are looking for a strong .Net Developer with SQL Server skills to support and develop software applications.

Responsibilities:
• Participate in the design, architecture, development, and maintenance of complex, mission critical business applications.
• Conduct unit testing of development work to validate functionality against specifications.
• Resolve application defects reported by the business or quality assurance.
• Consult with internal resources to clarify specifications and design issues.
• Participate in code and technical design reviews.
• Other duties as assigned by the IT director.

Job Requirements
• Strong background with 4+ years experience in C# and .NET, including ASP.Net applications using Visual Studio.
• Extensive database experience, preferably with MS SQL Server, including database design, stored procedures, query optimization etc.
• Experience with MS Reporting Services or an equivalent reporting tool.
• Experience with MS SSIS or equivalent.
• Good analytical and problem solving skills.
• Able to work independently and with small teams, working on all phases of development from design through maintenance.
• Good communications skills, able determine and document requirements.
• Self-starter and motivated to solve problems.

• Other web technologies, particularly Javascript/jquery, PHP

Position: Quality Assurance (QA) Engineer

Location: Cochin, Kerala

Objective: We are looking for a Quality Assurance (QA) engineer to develop and execute exploratory and automated tests to ensure product quality.

Responsibilities:
• Review requirements, specifications and technical design documents to provide timely and meaningful feedback.
• Create detailed, comprehensive and well-structured test plans and test cases.
• Estimate, prioritize, plan and coordinate testing activities.
• Design, develop and execute automation scripts using open source tools.
• Perform thorough regression testing when bugs are resolved.
• Develop and apply testing processes for new and existing products to meet client needs.
• Consult with internal resources to clarify specifications.
• Stay up-to-date with new testing tools and test strategies.
• Other duties as assigned by the IT director.

Job Requirements
• Proven work experience in software development.
• Proven work experience in software quality assurance.
• Strong knowledge of software QA methodologies tools and processes.
• Experience in writing clear, concise and comprehensive test plans and test cases.
• Solid knowledge of SQL and scripting.
• BS/MS degree in Computer Science, Engineering or a related subject
• Able to work independently and with small teams, working on all phases of development from design through maintenance.
• Good communications skills.
